Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of the legal process.

Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in litigation cases
* Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively.
* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
* Provide counsel to clients on legal matters and guide them through the litigation process.
* Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active bar membership in the state with 15+ years of litigation experience in commercial and criminal defense.
* MUST HAVE A BOOK OF BUSINESS.
* Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Client-focused approach to legal practice.
