Participants complete Engineering prerequisites (two-year degrees). When they meet the school's criteria, they will typically transfer to the University of Tennessee or Tennessee Technological University. Upon graduation, they could be offered an engineering position with Consolidated Nuclear Security. Applies some independent judgment with respect to matters of a routine and occasional non-routine nature. Contacts are primarily within the organization, but may occasionally work across organization lines. Usually assists others, but may lead new personnel in routine functions.
