Position Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. This role involves ensuring staff performance aligns with project standards and contractual requirements while driving continuous improvement through monitoring, training, and resource development. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate staff performance against project standards and performance metrics.
• Develop and recommend strategies to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Analyze, compile, and distribute project reports and performance indicators.
• Identify staff knowledge needs related to processes and policies, and create plans to address them.
• Conduct quality assurance monitoring activities.
• Support performance monitoring to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Stay current on policies and procedures; develop and update materials as changes occur.
• Create and update staff resources, such as quick reference guides, workflows, and matrices.
• Provide staff training as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by corporate management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
