Job Description

Connect Staffing  is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Warehouse workers,  Warehouse Associates, Material Handlers, Production Workers, (if relevant to the position), in the Lewisville area.  

Schedule: 1st shift 

Pay Range:  $13.50

Requirements:

• Must have 6 months of recent work history within the last year.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have related experience in light industrial work.

Responsibilities may include:

• Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks, containers, and pallets.

Organize and store products in the correct warehouse locations.

• Assist with picking and packing orders for customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and help with stock counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with other tasks as required by the supervisor.
