Position Overview
A well-established insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Specialist (CSR) to support both new and existing personal lines clients. This role focuses on servicing policies, assisting with claims, and supporting account managers with administrative tasks. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier client service. Personal Lines Insurance experience is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with policy updates, basic coverage inquiries, and claims support

Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and coordinate with carriers

Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM and agency systems

Support senior team members with administrative tasks, quotes, and reports

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

What You’ll Bring:
2+ years' experience in personal lines account service or management (5+ if from a captive agency)

Active Property & Casualty License

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
