Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Savannah, MO. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership, a commitment to quality care, and the ability to foster a supportive, high-performing team environment. This role oversees the full scope of facility operations, including financial management, regulatory compliance, staff development, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Direct all daily operations of the facility
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and census development
• Drive quality improvement efforts and support positive survey outcomes

Qualifications:
• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Missouri
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Strong understanding of long-term care regulations and best practices
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage operations, financial performance, and staff success
