We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center design, construction, and expansion projects across multiple regions. You will be responsible for ensuring complex infrastructure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business and technical requirements.This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, hands-on leadership in data center development, and deep familiarity with mission-critical environments.Texas basedSalary $200-210KKey ResponsibilitiesOversee full lifecycle delivery of data center build and expansion projects, from site selection through commissioning.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk to ensure on-time and quality delivery.Partner with design, construction, operations, and engineering teams to coordinate all phases of the project.Lead vendor selection and manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers for critical facility components (power, cooling, networking).Track and communicate project progress to stakeholders through detailed reporting and regular reviews.Identify process improvements and implement project management best practices to support scalable growth.Support capacity planning and site strategy by providing technical and project delivery insights.Uphold high standards for safety, compliance, and sustainability throughout project execution.QualificationsRequired:8+ years of experience in project management for data centers, hyperscale environments, or critical facilities.Strong understanding of MEP systems, civil works, and commissioning processes.Proven ability to manage large budgets and multiple concurrent projects.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and executive audiences.Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.Preferred:Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) or AI infrastructure environments.PMP or equivalent project management certification.Familiarity with modular and scalable design approaches in data center construction.
