Job Title: Web Designer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and responsive websites and web applications that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers, to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure designs are user-centric, accessible, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and refine user interfaces.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to web design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with front-end development frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
