Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in their supply chain by accurately picking and preparing products for shipment. This position requires great efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for correctness of all distribution activities
• Operate a pallet jack
• Ability to use Movex system
• Required to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance according to the assigned schedule provided by the manager
• Possesses the ability to understand and follow instructions
• Is able to work collaboratively and well with teammates
• Learn usage and presentation of Gemba board
• Look up returns and put away on daily basis
• Learn to pack proficiently and accurately including truck line shipments
• Meet standards for picking and packing
• Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Follow distribution and receiving work instructions
• All behaviors must comply with the Code of Conduct and Company Policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Basic math skills, oral & written communication skills required to perform the tasks.
• Lift 1-30 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

6 am - 2:00 pm
