- Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.
Responsibilities - Manages and administers strategic, operational, fiscal, and personnel activities for LHS Therapy Services Department.
- Prepares and manages budgets, staff, and productivity. Ensures quality services are provided through daily operations.
- Maintains all regulatory requirements for the development and implementation of policy, procedures, and security protocols for pharmacy drugs and supplies.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Masters in Speech Therapy
- Four (4) years rehabilitation experience
- Three (3) years in a supervisory capacity
- Current NM License in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in a related field
- Management of more than one therapy discipline
