We now have an opening for a Tier ll - Telecom Call Center with a well-rounded skill set in managing and resolving telecommunication tickets. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling 50+ tickets daily, involving critical thinking, troubleshooting, data entry, inventory, and asset management. This role also involves occasional travel to the London, OH site for inventory management and repair of MARCS radio systems and related technology.

Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced Tier ll - Telecom Call Center to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:

• Manage and resolve a high volume (50+) of telecommunications tickets, with a focus on troubleshooting, critical thinking, and data entry.
• Oversee inventory management and asset tracking,
• Responsible for the managing MARCS radio systems and creating and/or modifying program modules.
• Utilize Intune and Tango management systems to manage mobile phone devices and related assets.
• Create technical documentation with application functionality and test methods, various flow diagrams (Business/Functional)
• Work closely with peers and staff to support telecom systems
• Plans and conducts formal mentorship activities for peers and/or lower-level staff via verbal instruction or technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent Communication
• Telecom/ VOIP infrastructure experience, particularly with troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
• Local to Ohio and comfortable with travel within the State
• Strong hands-on experience with SCCM, MARCS radio systems, Tango, and Intune .
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Asset management and inventory tracking, with a focus on mobile devices and radio systems.
• Resolving tickets /critical thinking skills
• Strong work ethics
• Willingness to be trained up to speed within telecom functions, etc. of the organization

Desired Skills and Experience :

• Experience with solutions design, project planning, analysis, testing, and implementation.
