Job Description

One of our best clients is looking for a Chief Engineer who will lead the design and development of industrial equipment such as mixers, blenders, and mills. Responsibilities include overseeing all technical operations, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with ASME standards. The role involves creating detailed equipment designs, collaborating with teams to meet client specifications, coordinating with suppliers, and driving continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (MBA or PE preferred).
* 15+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, focusing on industrial equipment.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ASME compliance standards.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
* Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* Track record of improving product quality and operational efficiency.

The salary is $150-175K DOE
