My client in Plymouth Meeting is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership & Strategy : Engage closely with business leaders to understand and address needs through targeted technology solutions, enhancing efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Product Leadership : Manage the lifecycle of business applications, ensuring alignment with business goals, and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Project Management : Lead high-impact projects from start to finish, focusing on delivery, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
• Vendor Coordination : Oversee external partners in delivering system upgrades, integrations, and optimizations.
• Ongoing Support : Provide advanced support for new solutions and build resources for seamless operational transition.

About You:

• Background : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field, with 10+ years in Commercial or Marketing systems, and experience in CRM management (preferably Dynamics CRM).
• Expertise : Skilled in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication, with a record of delivering impactful, user-centered solutions.
