Please note that you must be a Physician to apply for this position and live in or around the Sandy Springs, Georgia area.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing common illnesses, providing specialist referrals when appropriate
• Educating patients in disease prevention and health maintenance, as well as show clear and detailed follow ups with patients
• Preparing medical records and clinical reports
• Administering examinations, vaccinations and diagnostic testing as necessary.
• Being board certified in Family or Internal medicine is pivotal to treating the target community.
• Preference will be given to those MDs already credentialed with insurances

Requirements:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Doctor

Other:

• On-Call for Home visiting Nurse Practioners
• Work from home position but will need to be available to come into the office
