We're looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to capture the energy of our plant-based restaurants and bring them to life online. In this role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Director to create strategic, high-impact content that drives engagement and sales and builds community.
Who You Are:
Social Media Strategy & Management : Own our social media presence across Instagram and TikTok.
Content Creation : Capture and edit high-quality photos, reels, and TikToks that showcase our dishes, teams, and restaurants' experiences.
Copywriting & Storytelling : Craft engaging captions, brand-aligned storytelling, and content that drives interaction.
Trend Spotting & Innovation : Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to keep our content fresh.
On-Site Content Capture (Min. 3 Days/Week): Be in our restaurants, capturing the food, drinks, energy of service, team moments, guest interactions, and behind-the-scenes magic.
Community Engagement : Actively respond to comments, DMs, and tagged content to build relationships with our audience.
