The Marketing Operations Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce Admin) will be part of the Marketing Operations Team which is responsible for supporting Marketing and Sales by maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features of the Salesforce.com system along with additional integrated applications
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce.com, exhibit strong analytical skills, and demonstrate the ability to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Main team member handling Marketing and Sales requests using ServiceNow including mass updates, report building and configuration.

Ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all assigned incidents and requests.

Gathers requirements, configures, develops, and test processes based on individual project.
Participates in the development and maintenance for new business processes that improve efficiency and enhance productivity.
Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes as well as maintaining on-going customizations of the system.
Ongoing system maintenance and configuration including but not limited to data auditing and data cleanup.
Organized and detail oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 + years of administration experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• 2+ years' experience with Service Now or similar help desk request system
• 1 + year of experience Data management tool knowledge like data loader or demand tools
• College Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fundamental knowledge of marketing and sales organizations

The pay range for this position is $60,500 to $86,950, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
