Are you an expert in window & door sales with a passion for leadership?

We're hiring a Sales Manager – Windows & Doors to lead our high-performance in-home sales team. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue while mentoring a group of driven, customer-focused sales reps.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a team of in-home sales consultants focused on impact windows and doors.
• Run weekly sales meetings, track performance, and coach for success.
• Attend customer consultations and assist in high-value closings.
• Optimize sales processes and lead conversion strategies.

✅ You’re a Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years of sales leadership experience in windows, doors, or home remodeling .
• Deep knowledge of impact windows, entry doors, sliding doors.
• Proven success managing an in-home sales team .
• Familiar with CRM tools and territory management.
