Sales Manager (Door-to-Door Experience Required)

About the Role

Ollin Home Solutions is expanding our footprint — and we're looking for a  Sales Manager  who knows how to build and lead a door-to-door team from the ground up.

This is a  performance-based leadership position (no base pay) designed for someone who thrives on results, competition, and growth.
You'll recruit, train, and motivate appointment setters, build a culture of accountability, and lead from the front in the field.

If you know how to produce  and  how to inspire production in others, this is your stage.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and manage door-to-door appointment setters.
• Run daily huddles and in-field coaching sessions.
• Track metrics and performance for your team.
• Create and maintain a winning, high-energy team culture.
• Build and scale your organization within Ollin.

What We're Looking For

• Door-to-door experience required  (solar, windows, roofing, alarms, pest, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop reps.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — able to build a team and drive results without a base salary.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Compensation

• Commission + Team Overrides (No Base Pay)
• On-Target Earnings: $100,000 – $150,000+ per year
• Unlimited earning potential as your team grows
• Additional performance bonuses, trips, and leadership incentives
