Room Inspector (Hotel)

As a Room Inspector, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring that all rooms and public areas meet our hotel's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect rooms and suites to ensure they are cleaned and comply with hotel standards
• Complete reports and verify status reports
• Report clean suites to the hotel front desk or load them into automated property management systems
• Monitor the lost and found program
• Maintain stock rooms and carts with proper supplies
• Assist in maintaining supplies, inventory, schedules, and associates counseling

Supportive Functions:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including information about hotel services, activities, and local attractions
• Promote team member loyalty and empowerment
• Perform other duties as requested

Other Duties:

• Assimilate into the Holiday Inn & Suites culture through understanding, supporting, and participating in all elements of corporate policies
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards
• Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
• Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules.
