A highly-ranked community hospital in Northwestern Colorado is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse RN Quality Assurance Analyst to join its award-winning health care team.
The Registered Nurse RN Quality Assurance Analyst will join an organization renowned for its 24/7 commitment to quality care, patient satisfaction, and patient safety. Acknowledged for excellence in providing exceptional and compassionate patient care, this organization has state-of-the-art equipment and provides a comprehensive range of services at this 40+ bed critical access acute care facility that provides primary care, inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services.
Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Registered Nurse RN Quality Assurance Analyst will monitor and improve inpatient and outpatient medical record documentation, ensures compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards, helps to educate physician and nursing teams, and works to mitigate any financial or public reporting ramifications.
