Regional Sales Manager – Nuclear Industry

Remote | Up to 90% Travel

System One is partnering with a leading client in the nuclear industry to hire two Regional Sales Managers . This is a remote-based opportunity requiring extensive travel, where you’ll serve as the primary representative for our client in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of the company with customers across your assigned region.
• Drive new business development through site visits, industry events, and relationship-building.
• Deliver impactful presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with inside sales and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Monitor, forecast, and report on sales performance to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in nuclear industry sales with measurable success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Nuclear) or Business/Marketing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the nuclear supply chain, procurement engineering, design engineering, and site purchasing.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through contracts and collections.
• Comfortable working independently with extensive travel (up to 90%).
