Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 7 AM - 5 PM Central Time
Salary Range: $800 - $1,400/month

About the role:
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process by efficiently managing employment inquiries, conducting virtual interviews, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and internal teams. This role requires a proactive individual who can uphold the client’s core values and ensure a seamless and professional recruitment experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Reflect on the company's core values.
  • Answer employment inquiries in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, prioritizing the connection of prospects to the company's culture.
  • Conduct virtual Care Professional interviews per location as defined.
  • Handle all phone, text, and virtual interactions efficiently and professionally.
  • Locate and recruit candidates at various stages in different applicant tracking systems, reconnecting with older prospects.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to determine availability for client hours to help determine new hires needed.
  • Maintain regular attendance to execute job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, supervisors, colleagues, and Care Professionals.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary.
  • Complete the Weekly Recruitment Report as directed.
  • Assist branches in tracking and achieving their target Critical Numbers.
Qualifications:
  • High school graduation or the equivalent.
  • One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of Human Resource Recruiting experience.
