Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of personal injury law, with a focus on representing plaintiffs. This individual will be responsible for handling a variety of personal injury cases, from initial client consultation to case resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial client consultations and gather all necessary information for case evaluation
  • Research and analyze laws, regulations, and precedent related to personal injury cases
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
  • Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings
  • Maintain case files and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
  • Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed
  • Stay updated on changes in personal injury laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • JD, Juris Doctor, or Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in Texas
  • 2+ years of experience in personal injury law, preferably representing plaintiffs
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues
