Job Description

• Handle personal injury litigation cases from start to finish
• Represent clients at trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations across California
• Prepare pleadings, motions, legal documents, and mediation/trial briefs
• Attend court hearings and manage case deadlines
• Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to achieve favorable results
• Ensure timely and efficient handling of case files in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California (State Bar admission required)
• 1-2 years of experience in a personal injury law firm
• Willingness to travel throughout California for hearings, depositions, and trials
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Passion for advocating for injured clients and seeking justice
