Job Summary: The Physical Therapist provides screening, evaluation, re-evaluation, and therapeutic interventions to inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician. The therapist will apply knowledge of human growth and development to treat patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to adult populations. Responsibilities include coordinating care with the healthcare team, maintaining appropriate patient documentation, and contributing to quality assessment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen, evaluate, and provide evidence-based therapy services to referred patients
Reassess patient conditions and modify treatment plans as needed
Deliver age-appropriate therapy with an understanding of developmental stages
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New Hampshire Required
BLS Certification (AHA) Required
1 year of professional experience Preferred (New grads welcome to apply)
