Experience and Skills:
10 years of Pega Platform implementation experience with a strong focus on Pega 8x
Certified as a Pega Lead System Architect LSA
Implementation experience in Pega Smart Disputes framework Is mandatory
Profound knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle SQL Server and Postgres
Extensive experience in integrating Pega Smart Disputes with external APIs and enterprise systems
Domain expertise in financial services payments or credit card processing with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Responsibilities:
Architect and design enterprise level solutions using Pega 8x ensuring with existing systems and platforms
Lead and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of new Pega features and best practices
Conduct high-level reviews of the systems architecture and provide strategic direction to maintain alignment with business goals
Develop architectural blueprints that detail system scalability reliability and performance requirements
Interface with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into functional architectural designs
