You will handle legal work in our core practice areas and provide oversight for two experienced paralegals, helping to ensure files move efficiently and the office runs smoothly. • Draft and review estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.)
• Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to close
• Draft and file business formation documents; advise clients on entity structure
• Supervise paralegals and assist with task delegation and workflow oversight
• Conduct client consultations
• Support office operations with a focus on legal efficiency and file management
• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff

• Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Illinois
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, real estate, and business law preferred
• Strong drafting and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Prior experience supervising support staff is a plus
• Reliable and responsive communication is essential
