Four15 Digital is hiring multiple Paid Media Associates to join our Long Beach team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll get a world-class introduction to online marketing while working alongside other interns and associates who are just as driven as you.
Learn the fundamentals of Google Ads and Facebook Ads from industry experts.
Collaborate with peers on campaigns, testing, and performance optimizations.
Gain exposure to the tools, reporting, and strategies used by top digital marketers.
Develop professional skills in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Structured Learning: You don't need prior experience—we'll teach you everything.
Peer Network: Work side-by-side with other interns, creating a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Career Growth: Get hands-on training that can open doors to full-time marketing roles.
On-Site Mentorship: Receive direct feedback and guidance in person, five days a week.
Recent grads, career changers, or anyone curious about digital marketing.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Able to commit to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in Long Beach.
