Four15 Digital is hiring multiple Paid Media Associates to join our Long Beach team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll get a world-class introduction to online marketing while working alongside other interns and associates who are just as driven as you.

What You'll Do

• Learn the fundamentals of Google Ads and Facebook Ads from industry experts.

• Collaborate with peers on campaigns, testing, and performance optimizations.

• Gain exposure to the tools, reporting, and strategies used by top digital marketers.

• Develop professional skills in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Able to commit to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in Long Beach.

Physical Demands

The employee is frequently required to sit at a computer; use hands and fingers to type, write; reach with hands and arms for tasks such as keyboarding, opening filing cabinets, and some light lifting as necessary to function in an office environment.
