Revamped Security isnt your typical sales company were a next-gen ADT Authorized Dealer thats shaking up the home security industry. Since 2015 weve expanded into Dallas Fort Worth Houston San Antonio OKC Tulsa Tyler and beyond and were still growing fast.
Now were looking for a District Manager to run our Dallas outside sales team someone with energy confidence and a lets go win mentality.

What Youll Do
Lead & Inspire your own Outside Sales Team train coach and motivate them to perform
Get in the game: Youll lead from the front by producing your own sales and closing deals with new homeowners
Build your culture: Run meetings celebrate wins and create that we win together team vibe
Grow your people: Ride along with new reps teach them the ropes and help them earn big too
Track results: Develop performance goals and watch your teams numbers climb
What You Bring
A valid drivers license and reliable ride (youll be out in the field often)
Some leadership or outside sales experience
Confidence people skills and coachability
Strong communication & time management
The drive to compete grow and win
