**Location:** San Mateo, CA **Department:** Workplace Experience (WX) **Reports To:** WX Team (remote support) **About the Role:** As the Front of House in a San Mateo office, you'll be the face of the office and the first point of contact for employees and guests. This high-visibility role supports a workplace home to senior leaders, including our CEO, and requires top-tier professionalism, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** + Greet and assist guests, candidates, and employees + Monitor and respond to Slack messages and office-related requests + Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming office environment + Restock snacks and beverages regularly + Coordinate Boost Day lunch service (Tuesdays & Thursdays) + Support employees by troubleshooting requests or routing them to the appropriate WX team members + Ensure guest check-in via Envoy and manage intercom alerts **What We're Looking For:** + Strong customer service mindset; resourceful and proactive + Excellent written and verbal communication (Slack proficiency a plus) + Comfortable interacting with senior leaders; maintains high professionalism + Detail-oriented with a focus on creating a positive office experience **Schedule:** + **Wednesday, June 4th - 8:30am - 5;00pm** + **Thursday, June 5th - 8:30am - 5:00pm** + **Friday, June 6th - OFF** + **Monday, June 9th - 8:30am - 5:00pm** + **Tuesday, June 10th - 8:30am - 5:00pm** + **Wednesday, June 11th - 8:30am - 5:00pm** + **Thursday, June 12th - 8:30am - 5:00pm** + **Friday, June 13th - 8:30am - 12:00pm (Half-day)** + **Monday, June 16th - 10:00am - 2:00pm (Half -day)** **Pay Details:** $24.00 to $28.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
