Job Description

**Job Summary**: We are seeking reliable and experienced Non-CDL Owner Operators to join our team. As a Non-CDL Owner Operator, you will be responsible for transporting a variety of goods using your own van, cargo van, or box truck. This position offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients.

**Responsibilities**:
- Safely operate a van, cargo van, or box truck to transport goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of driving activity and cargo information.
- Ensure that vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members.
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and Department of Transportation regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

**Qualifications**:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a Non-CDL Owner Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional routes.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.

**Compensation**:
- Owner Operators are typically paid a percentage of the load, usually ranging from 70% to 80% of the gross revenue.
- Average earnings for Non-CDL Owner Operators can range from $50,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on the number of loads, types of cargo, and routes driven.
- Additional compensation may be available for extra stops, layovers, and other services as negotiated.
