We pride ourselves on our 5-day Sourdough Fermentation Process . We make different types of pizza with different Grains and Hydration Levels.
We are looking for an early morning DOUGH MAKER to help run our dough-making process. The ideal candidate would work around 30 to 40 hours a week. From 6 am until 2:30 or Noon.
Must be able to lift 50-pound bags of flour. Portion and ball dough quickly. Be very structured and Organized. And a little DoughCD. No pun intended.
