Busy ultrasound facility looking for a person with great customer service skills able to multitask.
Responsibilities: Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, obtain referrals, check in/out patients, verify insurance, collect payments if pertinent.
Experience in billing, posting payment, calling patients with outstanding balance, and other billing activities is desirable.
At least 2 years of medical receptionist experience is required
Minimum of 2 years medical office experience is preferred
