We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with strong experience in automation, controls, and PLC/HMI troubleshooting to keep our production lines running smoothly. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and vital to ensuring uptime, safety, and quality in our facility.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
Work directly with PLCs, HMIs, and control systems to minimize downtime
Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and building systems
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Support facility needs, including welding, plumbing, and general repairs
Document maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing (or trade school equivalent)
Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude with proven PLC and automation experience
Knowledge of three-phase electrical, controls, and industrial machinery
Safety-minded, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
Willingness to learn, adapt, and cross-train across different equipment
Preferred but not required:
Roll forming equipment experience
LOTO, confined space, and forklift training
