Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Engage with warm inbound , pre-qualified leads • TV marketing Leads • Guide clients through the loan process with clarity and confidence • Explain loan products in a way that builds trust and drives decisions • Work hand-in-hand with top-tier processors and underwriters • Stay sharp, stay compliant, and deliver exceptional service every time Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table: • 2+ years of mortgage experience (consumer-direct, high-volume = major plus) • Got an active NMLS license? Even better if it’s multi-state—we love versatility. Minimal licenses, No problem.
