Lead JavaScript Developer with Angular Description

We are seeking a talented Lead JavaScript Developer specializing in both backend and frontend development.

You'll be crucial in building scalable, high-performance applications that ensure a seamless user experience. This position requires expertise in a diverse tech stack and offers the opportunity to lead and mentor within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of backend services using Java and Spring Boot within our microservices architecture
• Design and develop responsive, dynamic front-end applications utilizing Angular (version 13+)
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and event-based messaging systems to ensure efficient communication between services
• Utilize Redis for robust data caching, along with ElasticSearch and Postgres for advanced data storage and querying
• Manage the deployment and ongoing maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a learning environment that promotes growth and development
• Regularly analyze the application's performance, optimizing both code and infrastructure to achieve performance benchmarks

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience focusing on Angular (version 13+)
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and frontend technologies
• Knowledge of Redis, ElasticSearch, and Postgres
• Skills in managing and optimizing applications on Google Cloud Platform
• Background in implementing agile methodologies and software development best practices
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to resolving challenges
• Strong leadership abilities with experience driving projects and mentoring team members
