Lead JavaScript Developer Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead JavaScript Developer proficient in React.

Your primary focus will be on developing frontend components and implementing them following well-known design patterns. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality JavaScript (ReactJS or Angular) applications
• Implement and optimize microservices architecture within the existing codebase
• Work with AWS to deploy and manage applications (primarily in EC2), ensuring scalability and performance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and actively contribute to the improvement of our development processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience, preferably as a Full-Stack engineer
• High proficiency in ReactJS
• Familiarity with Angular
• Hands-on experience working in Agile teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multinational team where English is the primary language

Nice to have

• Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Kubernetes)
