Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa provides affordably priced top quality therapeutic massage facial and hair removal services at convenient hours 7 days a week.

We are currently seeking experienced dependable energetic and friendly Licensed Estheticians to join our team! We are currently looking to fill a full time lead and trainer position. We are also a family owed business and value you as much as we do our clients. Did we mention every Esthetician has an opportunity to earn an all expense paid trip to Mexico or Las Vegas annually

We understand the importance of skincare education so we ve our partnered with both Dermalogica and Clarity Rx to provide our estheticians with the best product line training available. We don t stop there! You will receive ongoing consistent training through representatives of both product lines.

Requirements

All Licensed Estheticians we hire must possess excellent technical skills with a dedication to service and the highest professionalism. This particular role would also need to posses strong leadership skills along with the ability to train & onboard newly hired staff. We provide uniforms linen and supplies fully articulating tables and a steady stream of clientele. At Hand & Stone you do the work you love and we take care of the rest!

• Overseeing and assisting the management of the esthetics department
  
• Responsible for achieving esthetics and retail sales goals
  
• Train monitor and coach performance of the esthetic team
  
• Assisting with planning events
  
• Providing excellent services to members and guest by performing top level services
