We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support our project management team and help drive our key initiatives forward.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects across various departments. You will work closely with senior project managers and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in project management and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and documentation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities by scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather resources and ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks, providing status updates to senior management.
• Support in the preparation of project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain project management tools and databases to ensure accurate tracking of project deliverables.
• Help facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Assist in trouble-shooting issues as they arise and contribute to the development of solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management, coordination, or a related role is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) is a benefit.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
