Job Description

Design, implement, and maintain business services and flows in the Atlassian Suite. This includes:

• Creating and maintaining workflows
• Benefits and limitations of Proforma form fields
• Custom field configurations and impacts
• Setup and troubleshoot automation rules, jobs, listeners, endpoints, etc.
• Provide support to customer teams through Jira requests, document and understand requirements, seek clarification, and follow through with agreed outcomes
• Automate, enhance, and troubleshoot services using Groovy (Scriptrunner application plugin)
• Experience with migration of an on-prem instance to the SaaS cloud offering is a plus

Main required skills:

• Atlassian administration (Jira, JSM, Confluence) - both for Data Center and Cloud
• Groovy scripting to automate service requests & business flows
• Bitbucket source code management and administration
• Redhat/Linux administration
• Basic understanding of running and troubleshooting applications within containers
• Basic Governance, Risk, and Control experience is a plus
