We’re seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team immediately . In this role, you’ll be the face of the nonprofits we represent—helping to increase awareness, drive engagement, and provide exceptional service to community members and supporters.

Represent nonprofit clients at community events and outreach campaigns.
Engage directly with community members to share program details and encourage involvement.
Deliver excellent customer service and support during in-person interactions.
Assist in setting up and managing event logistics.
Maintain accurate records of community and donor interactions.
Work closely with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals.
Uphold a professional image and embody the mission of each client partner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face in a variety of community settings.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No previous experience required— we provide full training!
Must be 18 years or older.
