Position Summary

We’re seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team immediately . In this role, you’ll be the face of the nonprofits we represent—helping to increase awareness, drive engagement, and provide exceptional service to community members and supporters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit clients at community events and outreach campaigns.

  • Engage directly with community members to share program details and encourage involvement.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and support during in-person interactions.

  • Assist in setting up and managing event logistics.

  • Maintain accurate records of community and donor interactions.

  • Work closely with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals.

  • Uphold a professional image and embody the mission of each client partner.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.

  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.

  • Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face in a variety of community settings.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • No previous experience required— we provide full training!

  • Must be 18 years or older.
