Position Overview:
The Sales Support Engineer role provides administrative, technical, and customer service support to our Service Sales Engineer team. This position is responsible for reducing the amount of time the Service Sale Engineer team spends on non-revenue-generating activities to allow our Service Sales Engineers more forward-facing time with our customer base. This position ensures quotes, orders, documentations, and customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently as HVAC and BAS solutions are prepared for our customers. This is an opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge that can educate and develop the right candidate to become independent to work as a Sales Engineer.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
1–3 years of experience in HVAC, construction, building products, customer service, or sales support preferred.
Familiarity with HVAC equipment or mechanical products preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
· Mechanical experience/aptitude
· Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and quoting.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Customer-service oriented and comfortable interacting with contractors and engineers.
· Ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP system experience a plus.
· Proficient in user level computer (Windows) and Information Technology applications (android/apple)
· Organized, reliable, and proactive.
· Team-oriented with a positive, solution-driven approach.
· Able to quickly learn product information and vendor tools.
Work Environment:
Standard in-office role with possible occasional customer visits or training sessions. Regular collaboration with inside sales, outside sales, and operations teams.
Compensation:
Salary Range is $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Supplemental Pay:
Bonus eligible on an annual discretionary basis
