Night Auditor Job description:

We are looking to add a Night Auditor to our team. The perfect candidate will have awesome attendance, great customer service skills, previous hotel experience, open availability and be flexible. This is an overnight position working 32 to 40 hours per week.

Our Night Auditor conducts all nightly audit-related duties while providing exceptional guest service at the hotel’s front desk. Audit responsibilities include nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork, and shift reports. While completing these duties, the Night Auditor will attend to guest needs such as check-in/check-outs, reservations, and attending to guest questions.  Training for this position may take place during the hours of 7am-2pm or 3pm-10pm during the first 7-10 days of employment.

**Job Duties :

• Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics.
• Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts. Processes guest charges and delivers express checkout receipts.
• Verifies all account postings and balances.
• Performs duties of the Front Desk Agent.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications :

• Available to work 10pm to 6am and have excellent attendance .
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel experience desired.
• Strong customer service orientation and skills.
• Present a professional image, and able to communicate well with both guests and employees.
• Ability to operate front office equipment and computers.
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
