Job Description

The SureStay by Best Western Miles City, formerly the Best Western War Bonnet Inn, is a 53-room property looking for a General Manager to oversee operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive overall performance. Under new ownership and management as of March 17, 2025, the hotel is currently a SureStay by Best Western and will be transitioning back to Best Western in the coming months. Located in the heart of Miles City, the hotel serves both business and leisure travelers, benefiting from its position along I-94 and steady demand from industries like agriculture, transportation, and energy. Qualifications: • Experience in hotel management, with roles such as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, or Front Office Supervisor. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. • A proven track record of driving results in revenue growth, cost management, and guest satisfaction. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of branded hotel standards (experience with Choice Hotels is a plus). • A hands-on approach and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. • Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement effective strategies.
