About the Role:

The Health & Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring appropriate support to different functions including Industrial, Supply Chain, and Retail Stores for Fannie May in order to apply and control general policies regarding improvement of safety and health of the personnel at the working place. Must ensure the proper interpretation of safety standards at work and verify implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of Health and Safety programs and processes
• Development of Health and Safety procedures
• Providing guidance and technical expertise to the plant and supporting functions, including design, purchasing and installation of machines and equipment
• Ensure incident investigations are conducted thoroughly including root cause analysis ( 5 Why, Fishbone, Apollo) and corrective actions
• Champion the progress of safety culture, focusing on proactive measures, leading indicators and safety dialogues
• Maintain compliance as per local legislation and Ferrero Group requirements

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably with a focus on health and safety
• 4-7 years of health and safety experience preferred
• Experience with OSHA and Workers Compensation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• This role is onsite 5 days a week; there will be 1-2 week of travel per quarter to Fannie May stores or warehouses
