Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Distribution & E-Commerce Strategist with 10+ years of experience in sporting goods logistics and sales. This role is ideal for a driven professional who is ready to invest their expertise into growing a company with significant potential. You will lead the expansion of e-commerce platforms, forge retail partnerships, and establish strong distribution networks across all verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy spanning e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels.
Lead the expansion into retail by establishing partnerships with sporting goods stores, team suppliers, and specialty outlets.
Scale e-commerce operations on platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and others.
Optimize supply chain management, including inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment processes.
Leverage your existing network to secure distribution agreements and grow brand visibility.
Explore new verticals and channels for product distribution.
Track and analyze sales performance across all channels to continuously refine strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, and e-commerce, ideally in the sporting goods industry or related fields.
Extensive network of contacts across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
Proven history of successfully scaling distribution strategies and driving sales growth.
Expertise in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
Strong track record with e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing brands.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
