I.K. Hofmann is recruiting for a Quality Assurance for the JFK, NY Airport Lounge. This position requires a self-motivated and reliable candidate who can work in a professional environment and has a restaurant health and safety background 

Benefits Include:

Starting Pay of $24.29- $25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Health and safety paperwork
• Daily temperature procedures and recording
• Health and safety binder upkeep
• Personal hygiene standards
• Chemical paperwork and adherence

REQUIRED Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Certified under New York Health

REQUIRED Experience:

Equivalent professional experience

Minimum Essential Functions:

Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time

The person in this position will be required to move about the kitchen area from station to station.

Constantly is exposed to cleaning chemical products

Work Environment:

Work near others. They often share the same workspace.

Occasionally work in extremely bright or dim lighting conditions.

Exposure to stoves, ovens, microwaves and sharp cooking tools like knives and scissors, so skill and caution are important

Hours: 24/7 Operation hours may vary based on operational needs
