This is a full time position; Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM!

Recruiting Coordinator Job Responsibilities

Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications
Help candidates understand how to complete the application process and encourage them to do so quickly
Screen applicants and present the best quality and fit to our clients
Communicate comfortably with clients as needed
Communicate comfortably with candidates via e-mail and text message with provided online tools

Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications

Comfortable with technology
Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities
Prior experience in staffing / recruiting / human resources
