Summary

Are you wanting to break into outside sales? Straightline Contractor and Industrial Supply is looking for an outside salesperson. We are open to train the right person to call on the commercial construction or industrial markets. We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team. Will be responsible for growing existing customers and prospecting for new business. No overnight travel, local territory. Competitive compensation package.

Duties

Cultivating and managing customer relationships
Making sales calls to prospective customers.
Following sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers
Following up with customers and providing solutions, should a service concern arise
Providing training to customers and their teams on various product lines and services
Maintaining and submitting timely CRM reports and expense reports.
Work closely with sales management on sales goals and metrics.
Work closely with insides sales support.

Requirements

Ability to accept training and desire to grow knowledge of the product line.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Superior time management and organization skills
Construction tools & supplies knowledge.
Attends store meetings and training sessions as required
Have a  strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
A passion for winning and a desire for a career in sales.
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass MVR check for vehicle insurance
