As a Benefits Agent, you will educate and guide members with final arrangement benefits customized to fit their specific needs.

Expectations and Responsibilities:  

• Complete the Basic Training program and master AO’s proven system within 90 days
• Host Zoom meetings with individuals and families to discuss their insurance needs
• Help clients navigate through the enrollment process, providing assistance and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to hone skills
